I’ve had a complicated relationship with food and my body for as long as I can remember and as a result, it impacted the way I dated and the way that I started my relationships.  Guess what? I see this a lot with the clients I work with too. So, this week, I am joined by Steph Gaudreau, a nutritional therapy, intuitive eating, and strength training expert. She helps purpose-driven women like you, learn to build stronger bodies and healthier relationships with food.

We hope you come away from this conversation empowered to be in a beautiful relationship with yourself and then with others. It is an Invitation to learn to trust yourself. We hope you join us.

Here’s a breakdown of today’s episode:

  • Exploring the various feelings you have about your body when you go into a date.

  • Honoring your body and your needs from a place of respect and care.

  • Steph’s framework: Observe, Inquire, Consider, and Honor.
